Return & Refund Policy

At YKA Acrylic Spray Paint, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of spray paint items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used spray paint cans

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team through email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order ID, contact number, and clear proof of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the claim and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.

Return verification may take 2–4 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Verification confirms the issue mentioned during the complaint.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Bank, Wallet, Card).
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Note: Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers can choose a replacement of the same product if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The received shade/color/type is incorrect

Replacement shipping is free for eligible cases.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or altered.

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • False delivery refusal

Reshipping charges will apply, and refunds will not be issued.
