All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes quality checks and secure packing before dispatch.

Shipping Duration

Delivery time typically ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your city, pin code, and courier partner availability. Remote locations may require extra time. You will receive tracking details via SMS or email after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and offers available at the time.
We offer free shipping on select products and promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

In case of incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. If the order returns to us due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
